My Depression,Trauma,HIV and Getting help
I wanted to share with everyone a video from my friend Maria Mejia today. So many times we forget to take care of us during our journey living with HIV. Things that we do not want to face sometimes become the very things that will bring us down. My sweet friend Maria has put this video together to show us all that NO MATTER where we are in our JOURNEY living with HIV, if we do not take care and face the little things, those very things will come back to haunt us and bring us to the point that we no longer think we can face life anymore. I personally know and feel exactly what Maria is talking about in this video blog. I pray that her sharing with you today will help you know that, in her own words "It is ok to NOT be ok! GETTTING HELP IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS i HAVE DONE IN MY LIFE." May God give you peace and understanding that everything will be okay in time.
