Sia has released a powerful new ballad titled Free Me, with all proceeds from the song to be donated to the #endHIV campaign.
Guardians of the Galaxy star Zoe Saldana plays a newly pregnant mother who is about to be told that she has contracted HIV.
Narrated by Julianne Moore, the visual sees the mother react to the
diagnosis throughout, before telling the viewer that “HIV/AIDS is the
No.1 killer of women of reproductive age worldwide” at the end.

The #endHIV campaign is hoping to raise awareness of a promising new
vaccine, as well urging people to donate so they can continue trials of
the medication.
PrEP – Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis – is an anti-HIV medication taken by
people who are HIV negative to lower their risk of contracting the
infection.
Although the drug can cost up to £400 per patient a month, because
multiple studies across the world have shown the medication to be an
effective way of reducing the risk of contracting HIV, it is widely
deemed a cost-effective way of working towards eliminating the virus.
Sia’s new single Free Me is available to download now.
