A transgender Muslim woman in Russia was hacked to death only days after marrying the man of her dreams.

Raina Aliev’s own own father had gone on television publicly called for her murder.

‘Bring him here and kill him in front of my eyes,’ Alimshaikh Aliev had told a local TV station.
‘Let him be killed, I don’t want to see him. Bring him here and kill him in front of my eyes.’

Aliev, 25, had gender confirmation surgery in Moscow and married a man named Viktor, according to the Daily Mail.

The victim had informed law enforcement authorities about the threat but to no avail.

The circumstances of her murder and where the killing took place have not been revealed. But it is known that the body was cut up and unrecognizable.

Aliev’s family is Chechen and lives Dagestan, a Muslim region between the Caspian Sea and Chechnya.

After finishing school, Aliev moved to the regional capital of Makhachkala and then to Moscow where she worked in nightclubs.

The husband is from another mainly Muslim region in southern Russia known as Karachaevo-Cherkessiya.

A neighbor told the Russian Dialog news site the father issued a ‘purman’ that invited people to kill his child.

‘He cheated them, he went there to Moscow, had surgery and he turned from a boy to a girl,’ said the neighbor. ‘And now in Chechnya it is known too. His mother is saying “I don’t want to see him, I gave birth to a son, but what for? It is such a disgrace for the family.”

‘If the mother and father give a purman, it means they want him to be killed.’
