'It is important that we not reverse marriage equality'

Hillary Clinton spoke up for LGBTI equality at the start of the third and final presidential debate on Wednesday (19 October).
‘It is important that we not reverse marriage equality,
that we not reverse Roe v. Wade,’ Clinton said.
Moderator
Chris Wallace asked Democratic nominee Clinton and her Republican
opponent Donald Trump about where they would like to see US Supreme
Court take the country.
The next president is expected to make at least two nominations to the high court.
Trump
has said he is looking for nominees in the vein of the late Antonin
Scalia who, among other things, was strongly against same-sex marriage
and voted against it in a landmark 2015 case that brought marriage
equality to all 50 US states.
