A-list celebrities are donating couture to help raise funds for the
Stonewall National Monument honoring the symbolic birthplace of the LGBT
rights movement.
Madonna, Cher, Cyndi Lauper, Stevie Nicks, Anderson Cooper, Taylor
Swift, Demi Lovato and Troye Sivan are all raiding their closets to help
create and maintain the park.
Cher donated a couture hat that she bought in London, Stevie Nicks
gave a autographed tambourine, and one lucky bidder will go home with a
pair of Madonna’s Prada shoes, signed by the Material Girl.
The event launches tonight at the Stonewall Inn in New York’s West Village, with more celebrations in the coming weeks.
